Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Deep Relief Therapy, we maintain clear guidelines regarding appointment cancellations, reschedules, and refund requests to ensure seamless service management at our Hinjewadi clinic.

1. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellation Notice: Must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled session time.
• Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If a patient cancels last-minute or misses their session, it is strictly non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling Rules

You can easily reschedule your session up to 3 hours earlier than your original slot without incurring any penalties.

3. Refund Processing Terms

All services are refundable if canceled outside the 12-hour restriction window or in the event of transaction errors.
