Welcome to Deep Relief Therapy ("DRT"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (https://www.thedrt.in) and your booking of physical therapy and wellness sessions at our clinic.

1. Nature of Services

Deep Relief Therapy offers physical, manual, and supportive bodywork therapies. All services are provided as in-person clinic visits at our designated facility in Hinjewadi, Pune. We do not provide online consultations or virtual session options.

2. Medical Disclaimer

"DRT therapies are supportive wellness services and do not replace emergency medical or psychiatric treatment."

3. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If a patient cancels last-minute or misses their session, it is strictly non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 3 hours earlier than the booked time slot.

4. Payments & Business Entity Details

Online payments are processed securely via gateways like Razorpay.
